I bought this a week or so ago and have been pleased with the purchase. I wonder if they have changed the type of insert they are using (check out the dates on some earlier reviews noting rubber too hard in the case to hold SD cards) - since it seems to hold cards securely for me. I was able to dislodge the SD card by knocking on the case but there is plenty of padding in there and I really could not see an SD card coming to harm as long as it stays inside the case. Shortly after getting the case my puppy got ahold of it for a few minues and did no damage despite chewing on it.
