I use it on my bike rides. It is a nice bottle, but it does not seem to insulate. Water gets from tap cold to room warm in less than half an hour. I did not load it full of ice however. (Did you know ice cold water is not healthy for sports?) I like the plastic feel and grip to the plastic.
The valve is interesting, though collects dust inside it during ride, and you know where all that road dust goes... Squirting leak-proof works as advertized, no need to shut the valve (although you can), it will not yield any water unless you properly squeeze the bottle. You won't lose a drop of water. Now, this can be a problem, when the bottle is less than half full, squeezing becomes a skill (air is more compressible then water, you can figure physics behind it). Sipping is next to impossible while on bike: just suck up all that came out.

So after much debate I ended up picking up one of these little guys at a local retailer in the Bay Area. I'm gonna say that so far I'm completely satisfied with the amount of money I spent on it. Its lightweight, seems pretty durable and is super easy to use. The slider switch is kinda stiff to the ungloved hand, but with a gloved hand the added traction causes it to operate with no hesitation. I use it for motorcycling. The flat surface mount works great so far on my helmet (a slight curvature of the helmet) just have to find the 'sweet spot' to stick it in. typically this will also result in a good forward facing attitude/angle, the camera is seeing what you're seeing.

Video quality is superb, no complaints. It really is as good as they're saying it is, most of the other reviews i've read seem to amplify the negative qualities. the fisheye effect at 135 degree field of view is really not noticeable unless you get right up on something then it'll distort but other than that, its rather pleasant and easy to watch. recording at 1080p you have a 110 degree field of view. I have noticed that when you point the camera directly at the sun it causes a vertical strip to appear... some sorta digital artifact due to being pointed directly at the sun, but other than that there is no lens flare or ghosting. at it only really occurs when you have the sun directly in the frame. pretty normal for the size sensor that's in there.

Audio quality... 5/10. cuz when your standing still or walking its good. picks up your voice, depending on the where it is/and the microphone gain settings. on a motorcycle, anything faster than 10mph is just wind noise. really good wind noise at that, no distortion or any sort of harmonic. so be prepared to invest in a way to dub music over the video if you're really into showing off your adventures.

Software. 5/10. Free software, available from their website. The only real function it provides is being able to setup the camera. Programming the hi/lo switch, mic gain, exposure, metering, sharpness, contrast.. other than that its fairly useless unless you really want to participate in Vholdr's online community. but hey, thats why i have youtube and facebook. so the movies come off the camera really more like accessing a flash drive. The software has rudimentary video editing abilities. in other words, you can cut the beginning and ends off of a video but thats it. just to show the good stuff in the middle. It works good for what it does but thats all it does, you know?

Overall? I love it. Its perfect for what it does, its not complicated, and you can stick it to just about anything. The question remains, do you really need 1080p? as a motorcyclist, i deemed quantity over quality and realized in hindsight that being able to record at 720p/30fps and have 30min/gig was more useful than 15min/gig at 1080p/30fps. but then again, i really like the 720p @ 60fps feature too for those short rides where i know i can fit it all on a 16gb card and have that lush video at 60fps. maybe more appropriate for those snow/ski people doing mad tricks and they can playback in nice liquid slow-mo those awesome jumps yeah? just need to buy video editing software to make it all come together.Get more detail about VholdR ContourHD 1080p Wearable Camcorder.

We sleep better on this than we did on our $900.00 mattress in our old bedroom. I did a lot of research before choosing this model. I read tons of reviews. We are very, very pleased with our Intex airbed! This particular model, I choose because the reviews commented on the raised edges which kept you from literally falling off the bed if you rolled too close to the edge and allowed you to sit on the edge of the bed without sinking into an air pillow. These reviews were absolutely correct! The slightly raised edging works just as explained. I also chose this model because the definite distinction between the top and bottom "mattresses." As you can see in the pictures, the sheets can wrap around the "top" mattress and they stay on! We release the air every morning, so to reclaim our living room, and amazingly, the sheet and mattress pad never fall off in the process! We blow the bed up every night, and the sheet and mattress pad are still there, nice and taught! The motor is a little noisy when filling and releasing air, but very tolerable as it only takes a few minutes. The only thing that we have noticed that may be negative is that sometimes in the night, we have to reach our hand down to the on/off switch and pump in a bit more air, but this may be because on those nights, we simply didn't completely fill the bed before we got in. I know this might be nit picky but every other camera case I have purchased had some type of microfiber on the inside. I would not put the camera in the case with the LCD facing outward plus you have exposed sensors and lenses on the outside as well. What I like about it is the belt strap is well made and feels secure but the G11 is not a cheap camera and I can't see putting into a case that might scratch something. I just bought the Tamrac 5689 Pro it does have microfiber and velcro release for quicker access.

Update: The Tamarac does not have the microfiber either looked like it did from the pic. Anyways making ups some money re shipping but found the perfect solution. Lowepro Dublin 30 not on amazon wetsuit material with microfiber on the inside for when I want the slimmest case possible and as it is form fitting and has a Velcro closer. Bought this to replace my pre-2008 Camelbak (they didn't go BPA free until then). I imagine the stainless steel will hold up to drops on concrete and asphalt better. My girlfriend prefers the plastic model because she can see the water level. I get by fine just shaking it and "feeling" how full it is, but something to consider. Also, I own both kinds and the metal one does form more condensation. Again, not exactly a big deal but a potential buyer might want to know.

You can put your finger through the little hole at top when you are walking. My girlfriend uses a carabiner to hook it onto her laptop bag when she goes to work.

One potential drawback. This thing doesn't fit fully down inside my Mazda 3 cup holder. I own both this size and the smaller one that does fit, but I prefer this one. Camelbaks don't spill if they tip over and I'd rather carry more water.

Low Price Leatherman 931009 Bit Driver Extension

I have had two of these bit kits, one of which I gave away as a gift after owning it about a year... I use mine all of the time for all sorts of tasks in my day to day work as a Field Engineer. I find that this kit has almost all of the bits that I need on a regular basis with the exception of a few special security bits that I need to use from time to time.

In addition to this bit kit, I highly recommend that you purchase the Leatherman 931009 Bit Driver Extensionto go with this as it will allow you to greatly amplify the torque that you can put on one of these bits,as well as the ability to use any standard 1/4" bit out there plus it fits neatly into the sheath that comes with the kit. IMHO it should have been part of this kit in the first place.

I don't carry this kit on my belt as some might, but rather I slide the thin little sheath into my right back pocket where I almost forget its there even when I'm wearing slacks. If you don't need the entire kit you can take one of the plastic panels and slide it into the webbed pocket in your primary Leatherman sheath.

I consider myself a very hard user of multitools, having broken my Leatherman Charge twice in the last year necessitating its return to the factory for service... that being said, I have yet to break any of the bits in this kit, or even nick them... I really thought with the "squashed hex" design that they would not be as strong as a traditional hex style bit, but darned if they aren't really tough. Mabye they are made of better material than average.

Bottom line, buy this and the extention...don't give it another thought, just get them. If you are a daily user of your leatherman you'll thank me later!

My Canon Vixia fits perfectly....snug but not too snug. It has a pouch on each end, where I place a spare battery on one end and a mini HDMI cable on the other. It has a front pouch, where I store a flat container that holds my SD cards. It is very well made and will clearly last a long time. The top flap catches with velcro and also zips. It has two zipper tags on each end of the flap....this may not sound like such a great feature, but it actually is. It keeps you from hunting for the tag when you want to zip, or unzip, the cover in a hurry.

I had another bag for a different camcorder that only zipped. I would sometimes drop the camcorder in the bag without zipping it shut...big mistake. One day my wife grabbed the bag with the camcorder in it and...well...it hit the concrete floor at the baggage claim area of Houston Hobby. As I sit here writing this review I am currently wearing the Clarks Men's Desert Boot. I am a business development manager for a local manufacturing company so I wear them daily for my job. I work in the office behind a desk, but spend time on our shop floor walking from end to end of our plant (7 acres under roof). They are comfortable and lightweight. I wear them with Chino's mostly, but also with jeans. After reading several reviews I did take head to the size issue. I normally wear a size 13, but ordered the 12 (since they don't make 12-1/2's) and the fit like a glove.
