Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3URX2IQVT0IVS I was looking for the best case for the Canon SX210is. (Dimensions 4" x 2, 3/8" x 1 1/4")
I went to a local electronics store and tried all the cases they sold.
I like this case the best because:
It has a top flap rather than a double zipper design that opens like a book. This makes the case easier to get into and close. It is also safer than a zippered cases that open like a book to a 45< angle. These style cases can allow a camera to fall out if not fully zipped up.
It has storage for an extra battery and card.
It is tight fitting but not so tight that it is difficult to stow the camera.
The case gives more padding than a flat leather case.
It has a hook and loop (Velcro) belt clip, so you can put it on without unhooking your belt.
It is water resistant.
This case fits the camera better than the Canon leather case.
The manufactures product photo makes the case look boxy. I posted a photo with the SX210is in the case.
