This bag has excellent protection for every piece of equipment I might want to carry around with me; the inner compartments are modular and heavily padded, with movable partitions to accommodate all kinds of lenses, meters and whatnot. There are more zippered pockets, small, medium and large, than you can shake a stick at, and it's very well balanced for one-shoulder use. We all know that we should switch shoulders so we won't end up walking crooked, but I love a one-shoulder bag for the ability to grab it and go without the awkwardness (especially as I get older and stiffer) of scrunching into two straps.
