Intex Classic Downy Queen Airbed with 2 Pillows and Double Quick Hand Pump This instant

I had a very bad experience with this airbed, in that it got a very bad puncture after being used only a few times and in the end it was impossible to salvage resulting in me purchasing a much better airbed. While I am aware that one off experiences of punctures are not that helpful in determining which airbed to purchase, hopefully this comparative experience can help me shed some light on what is more generally wrong with this product.

Firstly, this does product does not feel like a 'bed'. If you are looking for something pretty basic, for example for camping, then I can imagine that this wouldn't be so much of an issue, but if it is for use in the home then it is unlikely that guests will be telling you they have slept well on it. It doesn't raise you much off the floor, and the material gives it a distinct smell that is not too pleasant.

The pillows are very ineffective and uncomfortable, being very small and flat. Again, probably useful to you for a one night camping trip, but not when trying to offer a higher level of comfort. I found them less comfortable than ordinary travel pillows.

On the plus side, the hand pump that is provided is very effective - it is not at all tiring as it works on a double system, and so is also very quick - it only took a few minutes to fully inflate. I'd therefore suggest that on the whole this offers good value for money, considering how cheap it is, but only for a short camping trip. I think that for any more prolonged trip, or for use as a guest bed, it is worth spending the extra money on something of a higher quality.Get more detail about Intex Classic Downy Queen Airbed with 2 Pillows and Double Quick Hand Pump.
