What an amazing knife! Used daily and I feel naked without it. I was dismayed one day when I found that it would no longer open. I immediately ordered a replacement off of Amazon. When I disassembled the knife I found that the torsion spring had cracked. I contacted the company about purchasing a replacement and they offered to repair or send a replacement spring for free.
