This kit is small and well thought out. It will equip a properly trained responder to manage many deep extremity, and some shallower trunk, neck, and face injuries without suturing. Just remember that it is intended as a first aid adjunct, not as a complete kit, nor as a tool for definitive treatment. It does not include instruments for debriding or suturing. It includes a clean (not sterile, which is actually not a problem in this context) 10 ml syringe for irrigation. However, it does not include irrigation solution. This makes sense, as irrigation solutions expire, making it impractical for the supplier to include them.
